The two founding principals of Continuum Financial accumulated much experience working for large corporations before they joined together to start their own firm. Since its inception Continuum Financial has persistently expanded while its founders remain deeply involved in its practices.
Bob Schless is a CPA with many years of experience in both
public and private accounting. He received his undergraduate
degree from Hofstra University and his postgraduate
degree from Long Island University's School of Professional
Accountancy.
Bob started with Reznick, Fedder & Silverman (now the Reznick Group), a large regional public accounting firm in suburban Maryland. Bob primarily worked on the audit side, mainly with Real Estate and Construction clients. After public accounting, he worked for Host Marriott Corporation's Asset Management Group where he focused on financial reporting for various syndicated hotel properties and partnerships. From there, he worked for MeriStar Hotels & Resorts, a large Hotel REIT and Management Company. There he specialized in SEC reporting and worked on various corporate accounting projects.
After several years of working for a multi-billion dollar national firms, Bob co-founded Continuum Financial. Currently with Continuum, Bob works with Fortune 500 companies, not for profit organizations, and large government contractors providing professional accounting and financial resources within these industries. He currently lives in Maryland with his wife Keri and his daughters Amanda and Sydney.
Brian is a CPA with many years of experience in public accounting. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Delaware.
Brian started his career with Whelan Barsky (now part of American
Express Tax and Business Services), a mid size public accounting firm located in suburban Maryland. There he worked on audit and tax engagements for a variety of organizations. He then went to work for Reznick, Fedder & Silverman (now the Reznick Group), a large regional public accounting firm also located in suburban Maryland. Brian specialized in consulting projects, tax planning and research, and financial statement preparation for various real estate and construction clients.

Brian currently lives in Maryland with his wife Wendy and his daughters Kayla and
Jordyn.
Andrew joins the staff of Continuum Financial with 4 plus years of customer service and recruiting experience. With a Business Administration /Economics Degree from Mount Saint Mary's University, Andrew is responsible for managing Continuum's Temporary Staffing Division as well assisting with permanent placements within the direct hire division.
Mark joins the staff of Continuum Financial having amassed a wide range of knowledge and skills in the staffing industry. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the contract staffing as well as the permanent placement disciplines specializing in the finance and accounting as well as information technology industries. Mark's experience also benefits from having worked in some of the largest and diverse metropolitan marketplaces in the US: Texas, South Florida , Southern California and the Washington DC metropolitan area.
